Andri Obrist has a strong background in advising SMEs, having worked for many years in a company trading in both the domestic and international markets. His commercial experience enables him to meet his clients’ need for comprehensive, rapid and straightforward advice. The added value that he brings as a partner and ally goes beyond typical legal advice.

With a wealth of experience at the interface between civil and criminal law, Andri Obrist also represents injured parties in cases of white-collar crime, and asserts their civil claims.

Andri Obrist works to resolve conflicts and acts as a mediator between parties in dispute – he understands the financial impact and, above all, the emotional toll of court proceedings and other disputes, as well as the significant amount of time they take. He supports his clients in disputes so that they can focus on their business again. Andri Obrist is certified as a mediator by the Swiss Bar Association.
