Andri Obrist has a strong background in advising SMEs, having worked for many years in a company trading in both the domestic and international markets. His commercial experience enables him to meet his clients’ need for comprehensive, rapid and straightforward advice. The added value that he brings as a partner and ally goes beyond typical legal advice.
With a wealth of experience at the interface between civil and criminal law, Andri Obrist also represents injured parties in cases of white-collar crime, and asserts their civil claims.
Andri Obrist works to resolve conflicts and acts as a mediator between parties in dispute – he understands the financial impact and, above all, the emotional toll of court proceedings and other disputes, as well as the significant amount of time they take. Andri Obrist was a national league basketball player and a member of various Swiss national basketball teams before touring the world as a show drummer with the Top Secret Drum Corps during his time as a student. Today, he is involved in various organisations as a drummer and instructor and as a passionate Kleinbasel resident he is a member of the Ehrengesellschaft zur Hären and the Olympia carnival group.
