Employment law
We advise and represent employees and employers on various areas of public and private employment law, as well as related aspects of social insurance law. In particular, we provide advice on drafting employment contracts and regulations, interpreting contracts, dissolving employment contracts and drawing up severance agreements. We are active in all types of proceedings (civil proceedings before labour courts, disciplinary proceedings and criminal proceedings).
